ARTISAN COLLECTION
The level of craftmanship of this collection is unparalleled. Every frame is handmade to order using maple wood and corners secured with corner spline joints for an additional detail and layer of protection. Available in two finishes - Linen Maple and Pale Grey Maple. Additional finishes and wood types available by request.
FINE ART PAPER
Our framed prints are be printed on Epson Hot Press Bright Paper, an acid-free, 100% cotton rag media with a smooth matte finish.
ARCHIVAL DESIGN
Designed to last, we use acid-free papers, foam core, cotton rag mat boards, and archival pigment so every detail of your print is covered.
ACRYLIC (NO GLASS)
All framed prints are framed behind 99% UV-filtering acrylic. Not only is acrylic the industry standard and contains more UV protection, but it is also lighter and less breakable compared to glass.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Due to the custom nature of the manufacturing process of each frame, there may be slight variations in dimension and/or craftsmanship.
Due to natural variances in the wood's color and grain, wooden frames may vary slightly in color.

Please note that when you select a size, it will reflect the image size, not the dimensions of the final framed print. Final dimension will increase in size based upon selection of image size, frame, and matboard.

Customize your print with single mat- style matboard options of no mat, 2” mat, and 3” mat options.
Please note the selected size reflects the image size, not the dimensions of the final framed print. Adding a mat will in turn add to the final dimensions of the framed print.
OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
No Mat : Larger print sizes such as 24x36 and 30x40 or if simply not your style preference
2” Mat : Medium to large print sizes such as 16x20, 18x24, 24x24, 24x36, and 30x40
3” Mat : Small to medium print sizes such as 8x10, 11x14, and 12x12
If looking for a matboard size not seen, please contact us. Our team will do its best to accommodate all custom requests.

All framed prints will arrive ready to hang and shipped via Fedex Ground.
GALLERY COLLECTION
Please expect your framed print to ship between 6-12 business days.
ARTISAN COLLECTION
Because of the meticulous process required for each artisan custom frame, the average turnaround time is 5-7 weeks. Please understand that our frame shop partners cut, join, sand, stain, and finish every artisan frame by hand.
If in need of sooner, please contact us and we will reach out directly to our framers to see if able to accommodate.

RETURNS
All framed prints are custom-made to order and sales are final.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, contact us with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Our commitment is to your satisfaction.
Orders reported lost or stolen outside of the 14 days, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.
Photos of Damage: If a frame is damaged in any way, please take photos of the damage itself to the product as well as the packaging (even if the packaging does not appear damaged). This is a requirement of our frame shop partners.

To clean, use a small amount of mild soap and lukewarm water with a soft cloth or sponge. Do NOT use products containing ammonia.
