These works were born from the cherished days I spent with family casting lines and picking crabs, allowing our children to experience the same treasured pastimes of our own youth. They echo the laughter of generations – from the carefree moments with grandparents to the adventure-filled days exploring coastal wetlands with our boys.

    Every brushstroke in this collection carries a piece of those treasured times –deck views of the Lowcountry's distinct landscape. The soft blues and greens merge seamlessly, creating muted landscapes that mirror the blending of past and present, of tradition and the joy of the present moment. Having roots in Louisiana, these views resonate deeply, bridging the emotional landscapes of two beloved regions.
